  1. 1. Comment on your individual performance

I would rate myself at 3 - 5. In the first few minutes of each game I played, I would make a few stupid mistakes due to both my slow reactions and my hastiness. For example, in the C Div game, I could have prevented the second goal if I were faster in putting a foot out to control it. However in the B Div game I played slightly better. I used a chance to win a 50/50 ball and at one point I delayed the right winger, preventing him from passing forward.

    2. What have you learnt?

I learnt that I should be mentally prepared to play even if I come on as a substitute, and even if a teammate scolds you for making a mistake, we should not be scolding them back. I shall not mention names, but after a goal was conceded during the B Div match, one of us started scolding his teammate for making a mistake. After that, the latter replied with an angry tone.

    3. Comment on the team's performance

The team did okay in the C Div match, but made a lot of mistakes in the B Div game. We either did not follow Coach's instructions or made the same mistakes.

    4. How can you as an individual help the team?

As an individual, I have to first identify my weaknesses and mistakes in order to help myself and the team.

Peraonally, I think my main weakness is my hastiness. I somehow rush to clear or pass in matches, especially in the first few minutes. To improve on this, I will try to calm down and observe the surroundings before I make a decision.

    5. How do you think the team can improve together?

The team can improve together by understanding each other's strengths and weaknesses and have the understanding that if our teammates made a mistake, it may not always be a case of lack of focus and the like.

    6. Who do you think were outstanding in their performance today? What made them stand out?

Timothy, Yee Cher and Ethan were among many who still played on to the best of their abilities despite sustaining injuries while playing.
